First Week Tutorial- How to do Blended Learning:
Task 1: Using the Chromebooks and headphones
- All Chromebooks and headphones will be assigned by number to each student.
- Each student is responsible for treating the chromebook and headphones with respect and returning them to their proctor in perfect condition.
Today you will practice:
- Passing out and returning chromebooks and microphones
- Turning on Chromebooks and making sure it is connected to the internet
- Signing into the Chromebook accounts
- Logging into the Internet
Task 2: Using the Website and Videos
Today you will practice:
- Logging into the blended learning website
- Logging onto Brainpop, youtube, and studyjams and using the video.
Task 3: Lesson Packets
Today you will learn:
- What you will need to complete for each lesson:
- Video Notes, Vocabulary, Graphic Organizers, and Application/Lab Activity
- You can move onto the next lesson when you are completed and turn in your
work to your teacher.
Task 4: Early Finishers: Coding
Today you will sign up for Code.org.
This website will teach you how to write computer codes for online games and applications.
